Backup, recovery and system maintenance

System performance monitoring and troubleshooting

Strong customer-facing communication

Key Responsibilities

Administer, configure and maintain Siemens Polarion ALM environments.

Perform version upgrades, migrations and patch deployments.

Troubleshoot application,



system and server-level issues.

Manage Polarion infrastructure, application servers, databases and integrations.

Monitor system performance and resolve bottlenecks.

Support Polarion environments across Development, Test and Production.

Handle third-party and enterprise-system integrations.

Ensure platform availability, stability, security and compliance.

Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer/operational support.

Integration with Jira / Azure DevOps / SAP

Scripting & automation

GenAI / AI Agents

Manufacturing / regulated-industry experience

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
