Job Summary

Global Smelter Limited is looking for a Billing Executive for our Unnao Plant. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in billing, invoicing, and basic accounting operations and should be comfortable working in a manufacturing/industrial workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and process sales invoices, bills, debit notes and credit notes.
- Verify billing details, quantities, rates, GST and other applicable charges.
- Maintain billing records and ensure timely submission of invoices.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, Purchase, Dispatch and other departments for billing-related requirements.
- Maintain customer-wise billing and outstanding records.
- Assist in GST-related billing documentation and reconciliation.
- Enter and maintain billing data accurately in Accounting Software.
- Check supporting documents such as delivery challans, e-way bills, transport documents and purchase/sales orders.
- Follow up on pending billing documents and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare billing-related reports as required by management.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in billing/accounts/invoicing.




- Working knowledge of GST invoicing and e-way bills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates with experience in a manufacturing, steel, engineering or industrial company will be preferred.

Location Preference

Candidates who are not from Unnao or Kanpur and are willing to work at our Unnao Plant will be given preference.

Candidates should be comfortable with the daily commute/relocation requirements associated with the Unnao plant location.

- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
