About Rio Orchard
Rio Orchard is a premium fruit brand focused on fresh, carefully selected and professionally packed fruits delivered to customers.

We are looking for a responsible person to manage our fruit packaging and dispatch operations.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise the packing of fruits and ensure proper packaging standards are followed.
- Inspect fruits before packing and ensure damaged, bruised, defective or unsuitable items are not packed.
- Check the quality and appearance of packed orders before dispatch.
- Ensure correct quantity, packaging and labelling for each order.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure orders are packed and dispatched on time.
- Handle and track small customer deliveries when required.
- Drive the company vehicle for small/local deliveries when required.
- Report damaged stock,



packaging issues or other discrepancies to management.
- Maintain basic records of packing and dispatch.

Requirements:

- Responsible and attentive to detail.
- Basic knowledge of fruit quality and handling is preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Must know basic car driving and have a valid driving licence.
- Comfortable handling both packaging supervision and occasional local deliveries.
- Previous experience in fruit, grocery, food, warehouse, packing or dispatch operations will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
