Backfill Engineer

Key Skills:
● Strong experience in Python and SQL
● Hands-on experience with Databricks and Snowflake
● 7+ years of experience working with Azure data processing pipelines and Snowflake
● Strong experience with Azure Cloud Services
● Experience with Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions, Key Vault, and Azure DevOps
● Hands-on experience with Airflow for data pipeline orchestration
● Solid proficiency in GitHub, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD
● Experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
● Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
● Experience with ServiceNow and Incident Management
● Strong troubleshooting, production support, and application ownership skills

Nice to Have:
● Experience with AI/GenAI
● Knowledge of Prompt Engineering
● Experience with LLM Fine-Tuning
● Experience with RAG

Responsibilities:




● Take ownership of existing applications, services, and engineering responsibilities
● Understand the current system landscape and ensure smooth transition of responsibilities
● Maintain and enhance existing applications and services
● Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and incidents
● Support ongoing projects and engineering activities
● Monitor and maintain Azure data processing pipelines and Snowflake workloads
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business continuity and delivery stability
● Follow engineering, CI/CD, and deployment best practices
● Support incident management and production operations

Pay: ₹327,364.94 - ₹1,223,627.05 per year
