Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Safety Supervisor to ensure safe working practices, HSE compliance and effective implementation of safety standards at the RIL Hazira site.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor day-to-day HSE and safety activities at site.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, HSE standards and statutory requirements.
- Conduct site safety inspections, toolbox talks and safety awareness programs.
- Identify hazards and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor PPE compliance, work permits and safe working practices.
- Support incident/near-miss investigation and implementation of corrective actions.
- Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams for secure execution of work.
- Maintain safety reports,



records and other required documentation.

Qualification & Experience

- B.Tech / B.E.: Minimum 2 years of relevant Safety experience.
- Diploma / B.Sc.: Minimum 5 years of relevant Safety experience.
- ITI / Graduate: Minimum 10 years of relevant Safety experience.
- Fire & Safety certification is mandatory – PDIS / ADIS or equivalent.
- Experience in Petrochemical / Refinery / Manufacturing / Industrial projects will be preferred.
