- Manage and monitor daily workshop floor activities.
- Plan and control the smooth flow of vehicles from vehicle receiving to delivery.
- Allocate repair jobs to technicians based on skill, workload and job requirements.
- Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, Quality Team, Washing Team and other departments.
- Monitor technician productivity, efficiency and bay utilization.
- Ensure proper diagnosis, repair quality and adherence to manufacturer SOPs.
- Monitor pending jobs, delayed vehicles and repeat repairs.
- Conduct regular workshop floor inspections.
- Ensure proper use and availability of tools, equipment and workshop facilities.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors regarding additional jobs and technical concerns.
- Support technicians in resolving complex technical issues.
- Ensure Quality Control / Final Inspection is completed before vehicle delivery.




- Monitor vehicle movement and prevent unnecessary delays in the workshop.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and 5S standards on the workshop floor.
- Ensure technicians follow uniform, safety and discipline requirements.
- Monitor warranty and campaign-related repair processes.
- Support achievement of workshop productivity, efficiency and revenue targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly workshop performance reports for management.
- Identify manpower and operational requirements and report them to the Service Manager.
- Handle urgent customer/service-related issues and coordinate with the Service Manager for resolution.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
