Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and skilled AC Technician to manage, maintain, and repair all air conditioning and cooling systems across our resort premises at Raga on the Ganges. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems to provide a comfortable environment for guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities

- Installation & Maintenance: Perform routine inspection, servicing, maintenance, and repair of split, window, central, and package AC units.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, compressor issues, gas leakages, and wiring problems efficiently.
- Gas Refilling & Repair: Execute refrigerant gas charging, pipe brazing, filter cleaning, and component replacements.
- Preventive Maintenance: Carry out regularly scheduled preventive maintenance across all guest rooms, dining areas, and administrative facilities to minimize downtime.
- Emergency Support:



Respond promptly to guest complaints and urgent maintenance calls related to temperature control and air conditioning.
- Inventory Control: Track spare parts, tools, and cooling gases; report reorder requirements to management timely.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as an AC / HVAC Technician (experience in hospitality or resort environments preferred).
- Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of refrigerant gases (R22, R32, R410A), electrical circuits, motors, thermostats, and leak detection.
- Certification: ITI diploma/certificate in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (HVAC) or equivalent vocational training preferred.
- Soft Skills: Good problem-solving skills, strong work ethic, and ability to handle guest-facing queries respectfully.
