Qualification: MBA – Marketing
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can also apply)

- Develop and implement marketing strategies for apartment projects.
- Generate leads through digital marketing, social media, property portals, and offline campaigns.
- Handle enquiries from prospective buyers and understand their requirements.
- Coordinate property site visits and explain apartment specifications, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and personal meetings.
- Maintain customer and lead databases and regularly update CRM records.
- Coordinate with the sales, construction, finance, and customer-support teams.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor projects, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, exhibitions, events, and local marketing campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, site visits, conversions, and marketing performance.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers, channel partners, brokers, and other stakeholders.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
