- - 3+ years of experience in Internal / Management Audit
- Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in investigations will be an added advantage

- - Lead audit teams in performing reviews of previous audit findings to ensure management action plans are implemented, with continuous tracking of progress
- Develop and implement a risk-based audit plan, including setting objectives, defining scope, selecting appropriate audit techniques, and leading teams during fieldwork
- Review and assess the adequacy of internal controls, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders
- Supervise, mentor, and train audit team members, fostering a cooperative and growth-oriented environment
- Assist departments in drafting SOPs, policies, and procedures, and ensure continuous review to adapt to changing business needs
- Manage special projects as required
- Maintain strong relationships and continuous dialogue across all functions and plant-level staff
