Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Quotation Executive to join our team. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. The role involves preparing quotations, coordinating with customers and suppliers, collecting pricing information, and supporting the sales and business development team.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare and submit quotations based on customer requirements.
- Collect and compare product prices from suppliers.
- Coordinate with customers to understand their requirements.
- Follow up on quotations and customer enquiries.
- Maintain quotation records and update pricing information.
- Coordinate with the sales and purchase teams.
- Assist in preparing commercial proposals and price comparisons.
- Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery.
- Conduct basic market research to identify competitive pricing.




- Ensure quotations are accurate and submitted on time.
- Support the team in achieving sales and business targets.

Eligibility

- Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel,Tally,Word, and email communication is preferred.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of electrical products or related industries is an added advantage.

Salary

- Freshers: ₹14,000/month
- Experienced: Salary based on experience and skills.
