FLIP PROPERTIES LLP X HARVEST LUXURY is a real estate firm focused on residential projects, including premium apartments, villas, and plotted developments. We are looking for an energetic and responsible HR Executive to support our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, pre-sales, telecalling, and support positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with management and department heads.
- Maintain candidate and employee records.
- Handle joining formalities and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate employee documentation and HR-related requirements.
- Assist in employee engagement and internal communication.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates to management.
- Support basic HR administration and day-to-day office requirements.
- Ensure smooth coordination between employees and management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration,



Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of HR/recruitment experience preferred.
- Real estate recruitment experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to screen and interview candidates effectively.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
