We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy Cinematographer and Video Editor with specialized experience in podcast production and studio shooting to join our media team. In this hybrid role, you will manage both the camera setup during live recordings and the complete post-production workflow. You will capture high-quality multi-camera video and crisp audio for podcasts, interviews, and promotional content, then edit them into engaging long-form episodes and short-form social media clips.

Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Production & Cinematography (Shooting)

Set Operations: Manage multi-camera studio setups, framing, compositions, and movements for video podcasts and interviews.Lighting & Audio: Design and execute professional lighting setups (three-point lighting, ambient LED) and manage multi-mic audio recording environments.Podcast Execution: Ensure seamless real-time switching or independent camera rolling for multi-host and guest podcast recordings.Equipment Maintenance: Maintain, troubleshoot, and organize all camera bodies, lenses, lighting grids, stabilizers, and audio gear.Post-Production (Editing)Editing & Assembly: Cut and sequence multi-cam footage, synchronize audio tracks, and maintain continuous, natural visual pacing.Color & Sound: Perform basic color grading, color matching across cameras, audio cleanup, and leveling.Motion & Branding: Add lower thirds,



animated titles, captions, watermarks, and brand graphic elements.Multi-Format Delivery: Repurpose long-form podcast episodes into engaging short-form clips (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) optimized for various social platforms.Asset Management: Organize raw files, archive completed projects, and manage efficient version control.Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in videography, cinematography, and post-production, with a solid portfolio showcasing podcast or studio interview work.Technical Software Proficiency: Expert-level skills in [e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro] and familiarity with motion graphics tools like [Adobe After Effects].Camera & Gear Mastery: Deep working knowledge of mirrorless/cinema cameras (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, etc.), professional lighting kits, and multi-channel audio recorders (Zoom, RodeCaster, etc.).Storytelling Eye: Exceptional sense of visual narrative, framing, audio-visual timing, and modern social media video trends.Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to take constructive feedback, and a detail-oriented approach to working under tight production deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,317.20 - ₹33,767.05 per month
