Job Summary

Hanswahini Group is looking for an experienced Accountant with strong practical knowledge of Tally, GST, purchase bills and day-to-day accounting.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily accounting entries in Tally.
- Record and verify purchase bills/invoices.
- Maintain purchase, sales, payment and receipt entries.
- Check GST details, GSTIN, HSN/SAC and tax amounts on invoices.
- Maintain and reconcile ledgers.
- Handle bank entries and bank reconciliation.
- Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
- Assist with GST-related work and filing data preparation.
- Follow up for missing or incorrect bills and documents.
- Perform day-to-day accounting activities accurately and on time.

Required Skills





- Good practical knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Good knowledge of GST and GST invoices.
- Experience in handling purchase bills and daily accounting.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of ledger and bank reconciliation.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage routine accounting work.

Eligibility

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates with practical Tally and GST experience will be preferred.
