Shift: Night Shift (US Timings)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer calls, emails, and chats professionally.
- Listen carefully to international clients, understand their requirements, and provide accurate, timely solutions.
- Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction standards.
- Update customer records and CRM tools accurately.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Fresher or up to 3 months of relevant experience.
- Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
