Role Overview

ERPDADDY Software Solutions is looking for an experienced SAP FICO or ERP Finance Consultant to review and strengthen the Finance & Accounts Module of our ERP software for manufacturing, export, and multi-location businesses.

The consultant will work with our management, software, and implementation teams to validate accounting workflows, financial controls, integrations, and reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Review the existing ERP Finance & Accounts Module.
- Validate General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash, and bank accounting.
- Review Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, OMS, and WMS integration with Finance.
- Validate GST, TDS, TCS, e-invoicing, Credit Note, and Debit Note processes.
- Review multi-company, multi-GST, branch, warehouse, and inter-unit accounting.
- Validate Chart of Accounts, cost centres, profit centres, financial periods, and approval controls.
- Check Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, cash flow, ageing, and other financial reports.
- Identify missing workflows, controls, reports,



or accounting entries.
- Provide clear functional guidance to the software and implementation teams.
- Support customer process discussions, reconciliation, training, and implementation whenever required.

Candidate Profile

- 2+ years of experience in SAP FICO, ERP Finance Consulting, or ERP implementation.
- Strong knowledge of complete accounting operations and financial finalization.
- Experience in manufacturing, export, retail, e-commerce, or multi-location businesses preferred.
- Practical understanding of Finance integration with Purchase, Sales, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
- Experience in SAP FICO or any enterprise ERP Finance Module is required.
- Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter, MBA Finance, or equivalent.

Note: This requirement is for reviewing and guiding the Finance Module of ERPDADDY ERP; it is not for implementing SAP within the company.
