Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

West Downs The Heritage Resort is a premium heritage property nestled in the serene Nilgiris, offering a blend of classic charm and modern comfort. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences and are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive room bookings, events, and F&B; revenue.

Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporates, and event organizers.

Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach.

Manage digital marketing, social media presence, and online travel agency (OTA) listings.

Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

Represent the resort at trade shows, exhibitions,



and promotional events.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospitality sales & marketing, preferably in resorts or hotels.

Strong network within the travel, tourism, and corporate sectors.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, MS Office, and CRM software.

Ability to work independently and drive results under pressure.
