Role Overview
We are looking for an Import Executive to manage import documentation, shipment coordination, customs-related paperwork, and day-to-day import operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end import documentation and paperwork.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain Bill of Entry, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/ Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, and other relevant documents.
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, logistics partners, and overseas suppliers.
- Track shipments from dispatch through customs clearance and final delivery.
- Ensure timely submission and accuracy of import documents. Coordinate for customs clearance, duty-related documentation, and import formalities.
- Follow up on documentation discrepancies, shipment delays, and clearance-related issues.




- Coordinate with internal finance teams regarding import payments and related documentation. Maintain proper records and filing of import documents for compliance and audits.

Requirements

- 2–2.5+ years of relevant experience in Import, Import Documentation, Import Operations, or International Trade.
- Hands-on experience with import documentation and customs clearance processes.
- Positive knowledge of Bill of Entry, BL/AWB, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and shipping documentation.
- Experience coordinating with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and suppliers.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
