Job Title: GeM & Government Tender Operations Executive (IT Hardware)

We are an established IT Infrastructure Hardware Solutions and System Integration company with over 25 years of experience in supplying IT hardware and technology solutions to government departments, enterprises, and institutions across India. With a strong presence in the government procurement ecosystem, we participate in a large number of tenders on a daily basis through multiple procurement portals.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage day-to-day bidding operations and support our tendering activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily search of GeM bids, MP tenders, PSU tenders and state procurement opportunities
- Reading tender eligibility criteria, BOQ, technical specifications and commercial terms
- Preparing bid compliance sheets, declarations, affidavits and technical documentation
- Coordinating with OEMs/distributors for MAF, authorization letters, quotations and datasheets
- Handling EMD/PBG and supporting bid financial documentation
- Uploading and submitting bids on GeM and other tender portals
- Maintaining tender MIS, trackers, document archives and bid records




- Monitoring reverse auctions, clarifications, corrigendums and bid results

Required Skills:

- Experience in GeM/tender documentation preferred
- Strong command on MS Excel, MS Word, PDF handling, emails
- Excellent documentation and file management discipline
- Good written English
- Ability to understand technical IT product specifications
- Deadline oriented and detail focused

Preferred Experience: 1–4 years in GeM/Government Tender handling

(Freshers with strong documentation/analytical skills can also apply)
