INSIDE Design India Pvt Ltd is one of the leading turnkey interior company for home & office with the state of the art mechanised factory with 50,000 sq. ft at Kochuveli Industrial Estate, Trivandrum.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in factory/production management, preferably in the interior design, modular furniture, carpentry, furniture manufacturing, or related industry. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, workforce management, quality control, material coordination, and timely completion of production work.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day factory operations.
- Plan and monitor production activities according to project requirements and deadlines.
- Manage factory staff, carpenters, technicians, and other production workers.
- Allocate work efficiently and monitor team productivity.
- Coordinate with the design, project, purchase, and site execution teams.
- Ensure materials and production requirements are available on time.
- Monitor the quality of furniture and interior products manufactured.
- Ensure production is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Identify production issues and take appropriate corrective action.
- Maintain proper records of production, materials, manpower, and completed work.
- Control material wastage and improve overall production efficiency.




- Ensure proper maintenance and safe use of machinery, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe factory workplace.
- Report production progress and operational issues to management.

Requirements

- Relevant experience as a Factory Manager/Production Manager is mandatory.
- Experience in interior, furniture, modular kitchen, carpentry, or manufacturing operations is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of production planning and workforce management.
- Good understanding of furniture/interior manufacturing processes.
- Strong team-handling and leadership skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple production requirements.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

Salary & Benefits

- ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
