JOB DESCRIPTION – CLINIC MANAGERAesthetic / Dermatology Clinic1. Clinic Operations

- Overall day-to-day clinic management
- Clinic readiness, hygiene, and smooth patient flow
- SOP and process compliance

2. Patient Experience

- Ensure excellent patient experience
- Manage feedback, complaints, and escalations
- Monitor patient journey and waiting time

3. Team Management

- Staff supervision and roster management
- Daily team briefing and performance monitoring
- Training, coaching, and team coordination

4. Revenue & Sales

- Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets
- Monitor consultation and treatment conversions
- Track package sales and repeat business

5. Doctor & Clinical Coordination

- Coordinate doctor schedules and consultations
- Ensure treatment rooms and documentation are ready
- Coordinate between doctors and therapy teams

6. CRM / Zenoti Management

- Ensure accurate appointment and patient data
- Monitor bookings, cancellations, no-shows, and follow-ups
- Ensure timely system updates

7. Inventory Management





- Monitor stock and consumables
- Conduct regular inventory checks and audits
- Control wastage and expiry

8. No-Show & Patient Follow-Up

- Monitor no-shows and cancellations
- Ensure timely patient reactivation and follow-up
- Track follow-up conversion

9. Marketing & Lead Coordination

- Coordinate with central marketing and call-center teams
- Monitor lead quality and appointment conversion
- Support campaigns and clinic events

10. Compliance & Safety

- Ensure hygiene, safety, sterilization, and compliance
- Maintain required documentation and records
- Follow emergency and incident protocols

11. Reporting & Performance

- Daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting
- Track clinic KPIs and targets
- Identify gaps and implement corrective actions

Pay: ₹14,359.57 - ₹60,000.00 per month
