Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Analyst – Supply Chain Management (SCM) with 1–3 years of relevant experience in Connectors, Wiring Harness, Electrical/Electronic Components, or a similar manufacturing industry.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting procurement, material planning, inventory management, supplier coordination, and day-to-day supply chain activities to ensure smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Support material planning, procurement, and inventory management activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers for material availability, delivery schedules, and follow-ups.
- Monitor Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and other departments for material requirements.
- Track RM / components / connector / wiring harness materials and maintain required stock levels.
- Prepare and maintain SCM-related reports, trackers, and MIS.
- Monitor material shortages, delays, and pending orders and escalate issues when required.
- Support supplier performance tracking and follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate SCM data in ERP / Excel systems.
- Assist in identifying supply chain issues and supporting corrective actions.
- Ensure timely availability of materials as per production requirements.

Preferred Industry Experience





Candidates with hands-on experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:

- Electrical / Electronic Connectors
- Wiring Harness
- Cable Harness / Cable Assembly
- Automotive Electrical Components
- Aerospace & Defence Components
- Electrical / Electronic Manufacturing

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Supply Chain / Procurement / Material Planning.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience with ERP / MRP systems will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and supplier coordination skills.
- Ability to track multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in SCM / Procurement / Material Planning, preferably from Connector, Wiring Harness, Cable Assembly, Electrical/Electronic Components, Automotive, Aerospace, or Defence manufacturing industries.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
