- The role combines Business Analysis, Project Management and Business Administration, and will
- require the individual to work across different aspects of the product and business.
- As an early-stage startup, we believe that roles cannot always be restricted to a fixed job
- description. Everyone is expected to contribute wherever required, take ownership and help build
- the organisation and product.
- Most importantly, we are not looking for someone who already knows everything.
- BA methodologies, tools, product knowledge, testing practices and project-management
- capabilities can all be learned and developed over time. What is much harder to teach is attitude,
- ownership, work ethic, curiosity, adaptability and willingness to learn and contribute.

The candidate will gradually take ownership of the core Business Analyst responsibilities, including:

- having a solid work ethic and taking ownership of commitments.
- Understanding business requirements and converting them into structured requirements.
- Mapping and understanding end-to-end processes.




- Analysing upstream and downstream impacts of changes.
- Identifying gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Working with stakeholders to understand the actual business problem rather than simply documenting
- requests.
- Participating in product, UX and solution-design discussions.
- Working closely with developers and other team members to clarify requirements.
- Preparing user stories, functional requirements, process flows and other relevant documentation.
- Preparing and maintaining test scenarios and test cases.
- Supporting functional testing and validating whether the delivered solution meets the requirements.
- Identifying, documenting and following up on defects and issues.
- Helping continuously improve the product based on business and user needs.
- Developing a strong understanding of the Homeopathy App and its future direction.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
