Job Overview

World Wide College is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Lucknow. The candidate will be responsible for creating skilled visual content for digital marketing, social media, promotional campaigns and other business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design social media posts, banners, posters and promotional creatives.
- Create graphics for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Design marketing and advertising materials according to campaign requirements.
- Maintain consistent visual branding across all designs.
- Edit, resize and adapt creatives for different platforms and formats.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams on creative requirements.
- Create brochures, flyers, presentations and other promotional materials when required.
- Handle multiple design tasks and complete work within deadlines.
- Make design revisions based on feedback.
- Stay updated with current graphic design and social media trends.

Required Skills





- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience with Canva and other graphic design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour combinations and layouts.
- Ability to create clean and professional social media creatives.
- Good photo editing and image manipulation skills.
- Robust attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and branding is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant graphic design experience.
- Portfolio showcasing previous design work.
