Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Project Engineer to oversee, coordinate, and execute complex engineering projects from conception to completion. This role is critical in bridging our operations between the United States and India. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, excellent project management skills, and the flexibility to manage on-site operations across multiple geographic locations.Key Responsibilities

- Project Execution: Lead the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation of engineering projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- On-Site Supervision: Visit multiple project facilities, regional offices, and client sites across Pennsylvania (PA) and India to monitor progress, resolve technical bottlenecks, and ensure project alignment.
- Cross-Border Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between US-based engineering teams and international teams/vendors in India to maintain seamless communication and workflow continuity.
- Technical Review & Quality Control: Review engineering designs, schematics, and technical documentation to verify accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
- Risk & Vendor Management: Identify potential project risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and collaborate with local vendors and contractors in both regions.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports, financial updates, and performance metrics to senior management and key stakeholders.

Travel Requirements





- Frequent Cross-Border Travel: Ability and willingness to travel frequently between multiple cities in Pennsylvania and various international project locations in India as required by project timelines.
- Documentation: Must possess (or be eligible to obtain) a valid passport and the necessary visas/work authorizations for smooth travel between the US and India.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related Engineering discipline. (PMP or PE certification is a plus).
- Experience: Fresher to 3 years of experience in project engineering, site management, or a similar role (experience managing international or cross-border projects is highly preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Jira).
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural collaboration skills to effectively lead diverse, global teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking with a proven track record of handling unforeseen on-site challenges effectively.
