About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Podcast Specialist Editor who can independently transform raw podcast recordings into professional, polished and client-ready content.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience working on complete client podcast projects and should be capable of delivering high-quality work with minimal corrections and supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit complete podcast episodes with high-quality video & audio
- Create engaging cuts, transitions, captions, graphics and visual elements
- Handle Talking Head / Multi-camera podcast editing
- Enhance audio quality through noise reduction, leveling and clean mixing
- Maintain professional pacing, storytelling and visual consistency
- Review the final edit carefully to ensure zero major mistakes
- Deliver projects within deadlines and according to client requirements
- Independently manage projects from raw footage to final client-ready delivery
- Help maintain and improve the quality standards of junior editors

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of professional podcast editing experience preferred
- Strong portfolio demonstrating professional podcast work
- Must have experience handling complete client projects




- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar tools
- Strong understanding of audio editing, mixing and noise reduction
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling and visual quality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Should not require basic editing training

Our Priority

We are looking for a Senior Editor whose work is already at a professional, client-ready level. The selected candidate should be able to take responsibility for their work, identify mistakes independently and deliver with minimal corrections.

Candidates with a strong portfolio and excellent test performance will be given priority.

Additional Opportunity
