Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, generating leads, conducting follow-ups, and supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.

Communicate project details, pricing, amenities, and offers to potential customers.

Follow up with prospective clients to facilitate site visits and sales conversions.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status.

Coordinate with the Sales and CRM teams for effective lead management.

Handle customer enquiries professionally and ensure timely communication.

Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and follow-up targets.

Candidate Profile

1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or real estate.





Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Odia, Hindi, and English.

Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Target-oriented approach with a commitment to achieving results.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹12,000–₹22,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and suitability).
