Job Title: Quality Check Executive
Location: Andheri Marol Naka, Mumbai
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 In-Hand
Experience: 0 – 1 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Role:
Responsible for reviewing and validating KYC documents and customer information for accuracy and compliance, while also conducting outbound/inbound calls to customers for KYC verification, document clarification, and information confirmation.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform quality checks on KYC documents and customer data.
- Verify customer details through phone calls.
- Contact customers for missing or incorrect information.
- Ensure KYC cases meet internal compliance and quality standards.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of verification calls and QC findings.
- Meet assigned quality, productivity, and calling targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
