We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates to join our Hotel Service / Food & Beverage Service team.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome and attend to hotel guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
- Set up, maintain, and clear restaurant tables.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas.
- Assist with buffet service, banquets, events, and room service.
- Handle guest requests and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other hotel departments.
- Follow hotel SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and a positive dining experience.

Requirements:





- 10th / 12th pass or hospitality qualification preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good grooming and personal hygiene.
- Ability to work in shifts and as part of a team.
