Akshaya E-Centre Westhill is a customer service centre providing a range of government, online and digital services to the public.

Our aim is to provide every customer with a positive experience by offering services with patience, accuracy, respect and care. We always try to understand the customer’s requirements clearly and provide the best possible assistance.

The role mainly involves assisting customers, understanding the service they require, processing applications and providing the required service in a skilled and friendly manner.

We are looking for candidates who have:

- Age: 18 years or above
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and a customer-friendly attitude
- Basic computer and internet knowledge
- Willingness to learn new services and procedures
- Responsible, hardworking and punctual nature




- Ability to handle different types of customers calmly and professionally
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Attention to detail while handling customer information and applications

Previous experience in Akshaya centres, online service centres, customer service, data entry or similar roles will be an added advantage.

We are also looking for someone who is interested in staying and growing with our centre for a longer period, if possible.

Work Location: Akshaya E-Centre Westhill, Kozhikode.
