Position-Purchase Executive

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree (B.Com, BBA, MBA, or Engineering depending on the industry)

Exp- 1–3 years of purchasing/procurement experience is often preferred.

Budget-40k Gross.

Language-Kannada,English, Tamil & Hindi.

A Purchase Executive (also called a Procurement Executive) is responsible for buying goods and services required by a company while ensuring the best price, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate suppliers/vendors.
- Request and compare quotations.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts.
- Create and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain purchase records and invoices.
- Coordinate with stores, production, and accounts departments.
- Monitor inventory and reorder materials when required.




- Ensure purchased materials meet quality standards.

Required Skills:

- Negotiation and communication skills
- Vendor management
- Knowledge of procurement processes
- MS Excel and ERP/SAP/Tally
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail.
