Job Description

* Handle inbound calls from builders, contractors, dealers, and customers.

* Promote and sales Non-Trade Cement products.

* Manage sales and inquiries for the following cement brands:

* JK Super Cement

* Mycem Cement

* Wonder Cement

* UltraTech Cement
Telecaller / Sales Coordinator – Non-Trade Cement

Job Responsibilities

- Make daily calls to builders, contractors, dealers and project customers.
- Generate and follow up on Non-Trade Cement orders.
- Take customer orders and confirm quantity, delivery location and other order details.
- Coordinate with company officers regarding new and pending orders.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team for timely order dispatch.
- Follow up regularly on pending orders and dispatch status.
- Maintain complete dispatch details, including vehicle, quantity, date and delivery status.
- Share dispatch updates with concerned customers and officers.
- Maintain daily calling, order and dispatch reports in Excel.
- Update Excel sheets regularly with order status, dispatch details and follow-up status.




- Prepare and send emails to concerned officers for opening new customer/code for Non-Trade Cement.
- Follow up with officers regarding new code creation/opening and approval status.
- Maintain proper records of customers, orders, dispatches, codes and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries related to orders and dispatch.

Required Skills

- Good communication and telephone handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of order booking and dispatch processes.
- Good MS Excel knowledge and daily data updating.
- Good email drafting and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with customers, dispatch team and officers.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, sales coordination, cement or building-material industry preferred.
- Freshers with good communication, Excel and email skills may also be considered.
