Operations Management

- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, FSSAI guidelines, health & safety regulations.
- Coordinate effectively between kitchen and service teams for seamless operations.

Guest Experience

- Ensure excellent customer service and hospitality standards.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally.
- Build customer loyalty through personalized service and engagement.
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement improvement plans.

Team Management

- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate restaurant staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance.
- Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions when required.
- Foster a positive and productive work setting.

Financial & Inventory Control

- Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
- Monitor food cost, labor cost, and operating expenses.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and minimize wastage.

Compliance & Reporting





- Ensure compliance with all statutory and company requirements.
- Maintain operational records, sales reports, and MIS reports.
- Ensure restaurant licenses and certifications remain valid.
- Conduct regular hygiene and safety audits.

Desired Qualifications

- Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in restaurant operations with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in Indian, Multi-Cuisine, or Casual/Fine Dining restaurants preferred.
