Telecaller – Client Lead Generation

Qualification: Graduate in any stream
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Location: Surat

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate recent client leads through online data, databases, and other sources.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company products/services.
- Handle and follow up on client enquiries received through IndiaMART and TradeIndia portals.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and share enquiries with the concerned team.
- Maintain proper records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and enquiry status.
- Follow up with prospective clients to improve lead conversion.
- Achieve daily/weekly lead generation and calling targets.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Experience in IndiaMART and TradeIndia enquiry handling will be preferred.
- Positive attitude and good follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
