Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Counsellor to support prospective learners in exploring suitable educational programs. The role involves guiding students through the admission process, addressing their queries, and helping them make informed decisions about their academic goals. This position requires strong communication skills, a structured approach to achieving enrollment objectives, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide prospective students through course options and support them in making informed decisions.
- Work towards achieving defined enrollment goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support outreach initiatives and generate prospective student interest.




- Clearly explain course features, outcomes, and benefits to students and guardians.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates and ensure a smooth admission process.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in education-related counselling or student outreach roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented setting with a structured approach.
- Fluency in the regional language is essential; working knowledge of English is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
