About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Audit & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting on Tally ERP and conduct regular financial and operational audits across our offline stores. The role requires close coordination with store and retail teams to ensure accurate records, timely reconciliations, and compliance with company financial policies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounts & ERP Management

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP for store and retail operations.
- Manage vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and petty cash records.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, ledgers, and MIS related to store operations.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual book-closing activities.

2. Store Audit

- Conduct periodic financial and operational audits of offline stores.
- Verify cash handling, billing, inventory records, and stock reconciliation at store level.
- Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution with store teams.
- Prepare audit reports and share findings with management.

3. Team & Store Coordination





- Coordinate with store managers and the retail operations team for accurate data collection and compliance.
- Liaise with finance, retail, and operations teams to streamline accounting and audit processes.
- Support store teams with accounting queries and process training as needed.

4. Compliance & Reporting

- Ensure adherence to company financial policies and statutory compliance across stores.
- Assist in internal and external audit processes.
- Flag and escalate risk areas or process gaps to management.

Candidate Profile

- 4–5 years of experience in accounts/finance, preferably with retail or D2C store operations exposure.
- Robust hands-on experience with Tally ERP (mandatory).
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, and store audit processes.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to work with multiple store teams.
- Proficient in MS Excel for reporting and MIS.
- Willingness to travel across stores as required.
