Relationship Manager – Real Estate
Location: Bengaluru
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Relationship Manager to join our growing real estate team in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads through direct and channel partner networks
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, brokers and channel partners
- Conduct client meetings, site visits and regular follow-ups
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate opportunities
- Drive sales and achieve monthly business targets
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update all activities in CRM
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience preferred
- Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred
- Experience in channel partner/broker sourcing will be an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented approach
