About the Role

Codes For Tomorrow is looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain practical exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and day-to-day HR activities in an IT company.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and employee records.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
- Support employee engagement and HR activities.
- Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and communication.
- Coordinate with different teams for HR requirements.
- Assist the HR team with daily administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements





- MBA / BBA / B.Com graduate or pursuing a relevant degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Interest in building a career in Human Resources.
