HIRING – CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Location: Bangalore
Role: Customer Service Executive
Qualification: Graduation
Salary: Up to ₹24,000/- In-Hand
Age Limit: Up to 28 Years

Eligibility

Minimum 6 months of relevant Customer Support / Customer Service experience preferred
Freshers can apply with excellent spoken & written English communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
Positive spoken & written English communication
Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word
Relevant industry experience will be preferred

Role & Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries related to Loan Accounts, EMI, Payments, Statements & Loan Status
- Assist customers with Foreclosure, NOC and other loan-related services
- Handle customers visiting the HO Branch when required
- Manage 80% Non-Voice servicing and 20% Branch-based customer servicing
