Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to handle broadband and fiber network installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer service activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and maintain FTTH/FTTx broadband connections.
- Perform fiber optic cable laying, splicing, termination, and testing.
- Troubleshoot internet connectivity and network-related issues.
- Attend customer complaints and resolve technical issues within timelines.
- Configure and troubleshoot ONT/ONU, routers, and related network equipment.
- Coordinate with the NOC and internal technical teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain service reports, installation records, and daily field activity updates.
- Follow safety procedures and company technical standards.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in ISP, telecom, broadband,



or field service.
- Basic knowledge of FTTH/FTTx and fiber optic networks.
- Valuable troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned service area.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
