Job Title: Finance & Operations Executive
Location: Pune (Local candidates only)
Work Mode: Hybrid (Farm Visit/Bank)
Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Experience: 2–5 years

Role Purpose:
This role is responsible for maintaining farm-level financial discipline and operational cost tracking across multiple managed farms. The candidate will ensure that every farm operates with structured financial visibility and accurate expense control.

Key Responsibilities:
Farm-Level Financial Tracking

- Record and manage farm-wise expenses (Ex. Like A–J farm clusters)
- Track cost heads like:
- Labour cost
- Seed & material cost
- Fertilizer / input cost
- Operational expenses

Accounting & Documentation

- Record sales and purchase invoices in accounting systems
- Maintain complete documentation (GRN, invoices, delivery records)
- Ensure proper ledger classification and data accuracy

TDS & Compliance

- Handle TDS deduction entries on applicable payments
- Support basic compliance documentation

Reporting & Excel Work

- Prepare farm-wise MIS reports in Excel
- Maintain budget vs actual cost tracking
- Support monthly financial summaries for management

Budgeting & Planning Support

- Assist in farm budgeting and cost planning
- Help management understand cost per farm / per crop

Field Coordination

- Travel to farms in Pune region when required




- Support on-ground verification of expenses and operations
- Coordinate bank or vendor visits if needed

Must Have Skills:

- Strong experience in sales & purchase accounting entries
- Hands-on knowledge of TDS deduction & posting
- Strong Excel skills (MIS, reports, basic analysis)
- Experience in inventory or stock tracking preferred
- Ability to work with multi-location data (farm-wise tracking)
- Comfort with field visits + operational setting

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Practical accountant / operations finance background
- Experience in agri-business, manufacturing, logistics, or multi-site setup
- Detail-oriented and execution-focused
- Comfortable working in startup + field-heavy environment

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
