Job Summary

We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist with hands-on experience in FinTech, Personal Loans, Short-Term Loans, or Lead Generation campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads and improve customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Google Search, Display, YouTube & Performance Max campaigns.
- Plan and optimize campaigns for loan lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Monitor and improve CPL, CPA, conversion rate and ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing and audience targeting.
- Manage campaign budgets and daily performance.
- Track conversions using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and related tools.




- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns follow Google Ads policies and applicable lending/advertising guidelines.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
- Experience in FinTech, Loans, BFSI, Lending or Lead Generation preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Google Search Ads and Performance Max.
- Good understanding of keywords, bidding, conversion tracking and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Experience with Google Analytics & GTM is preferred.
- Ability to manage and optimize campaigns independently.
