Tamil & Malayalam Voice Support Executive

Position: Voice Support Executive
Languages Required: Tamil & Malayalam + Excellent English
CTC: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls and provide professional voice support.
- Communicate fluently with customers in Tamil and Malayalam.
- Maintain excellent communication skills in English.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate resolutions.
- Maintain a professional and positive customer experience.
- Update customer information accurately in the system.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and escalation procedures.

Requirements

- Excellent spoken communication in English, Tamil, and Malayalam.
- Strong listening and customer-handling skills.
- Previous experience in voice process/customer support/BPO is preferred.




- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Flexible to work in shifts as required.
