Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Strategist to develop and execute social media strategies that strengthen R&Co; Global’s online presence, increase brand awareness, and generate engagement and business leads.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals.

* Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.

* Research current social media trends, content formats, and audience interests.

* Coordinate with the design and project teams to collect project photos, videos, and updates.

* Develop creative content ideas for Reels, posts, stories, carousels, and campaigns.

* Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.

* Track engagement, reach, followers, leads, and content performance.

* Plan and coordinate social media campaigns and promotional activities.

* Ensure all content follows the company’s brand identity and professional image.

* Monitor competitors and industry trends for relevant insights.

* Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and other team members when required.





* Stay updated with Instagram/Meta algorithm changes and emerging social media trends.

Required Skills

* Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and social media marketing.

* Excellent content planning and creative thinking skills.

* Positive knowledge of current Reels and social media trends.

* Strong communication and copywriting skills.

* Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

* Good visual sense and understanding of branding.

* Knowledge of Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager is an advantage.

* Experience with Canva or similar content tools is an advantage.

Preferred Qualification

* Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

* Previous experience in social media management/strategy is preferred.

* Portfolio of previous social media work will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
