We Are Hiring – Assistant Project Manager (HVAC/MEP)

Locations:Mumbai | Chennai

Experience:5+ Years

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of total experience

At least 4–5 years of hands-on experience in **HVAC/MEP Project Site Execution**

Only candidates with strong **site execution experience** will be considered

Design-only and project coordination profiles are not suitable

Experience in **Data Centre projects** is preferred

Strong candidates from **Industrial Projects** may also be considered

Mandatory experience in **Project Budgeting, Vendor Management & Subcontractor Handling

Experience in **PMC/Consultant Coordination and Client Interaction**

Knowledge of project quality standards, health & safety regulations, and technical documentation

Knowledge of **Project Pace** will be an added advantage

Advanced Excel skills are not mandatory

Key Responsibilities:





- Manage and oversee HVAC/MEP project execution at site
- Ensure projects are completed within timeline, budget, and quality standards
- Coordinate with clients, PMC, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Handle project budgeting, vendor management, and subcontractor activities
- Monitor installation quality, safety compliance, and project execution standards
- Identify irregularities and implement corrective actions
- Improve project efficiency and customer satisfaction

Pay: ₹22,510.17 - ₹79,673.00 per month
