· Operational Management:

o Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

o Ensure that the outlet meets quality standards for food, service, and cleanliness.

o Monitor and manage restaurant inventory, including ordering and stock control.

o Implement and maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards.

· Staff Management:

o Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.

o Schedule staff shifts

o Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees.

o Address and resolve employee conflicts and disciplinary issues as necessary.

· Customer Service:

o Ensure a high standard of customer service and address customer complaints or concerns promptly.

o Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on feedback.

· Financial Management:

o Prepare and manage budgets and financial reports.

o Analyse sales and financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

o Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial records.
