We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Plumber Cum Multi-Tasking Staff to support the Maintenance Department in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the hospital facility.

Position Summary

The Plumber Cum Multi-Tasking Staff will be responsible for plumbing maintenance, repairs, and assisting with various facility management activities. The role requires a proactive individual capable of handling routine maintenance tasks and supporting the department in maintaining a safe, clean, and functional hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of water supply lines, drainage systems, taps, valves, pipelines, and sanitary fittings.
- Attend plumbing breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests promptly.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems and report issues.
- Ensure proper functioning of water tanks, pumps, and related equipment.
- Assist in general maintenance activities, including minor electrical, carpentry, painting, and repair work as assigned.
- Support shifting and installation of equipment, furniture,



and fixtures when required.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors during maintenance work, if required.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and material usage.
- Ensure compliance with hospital safety and infection control practices.

Required Qualifications

- ITI/Diploma in Plumbing or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in plumbing and maintenance work.
- Experience in hospitals, hotels, commercial buildings, or industrial facilities will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and general maintenance work is desirable.
