We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and execute PEB construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage PEB projects from order handover through engineering, fabrication, dispatch, erection, commissioning, and final handover.
- Develop project schedules, execution plans, manpower plans, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, structural engineers, vendors, fabricators, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress against approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
- Review project drawings, BOQs, specifications, design requirements, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering and design teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely drawing approvals.
- Plan and monitor material procurement, fabrication, dispatch, logistics, and site erection activities.
- Supervise and coordinate site erection teams and subcontractors.
- Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and company procedures.
- Monitor project costs, variations, billing, and subcontractor payments.
- Prepare regular project progress reports, MIS, and management updates.




- Conduct project review meetings and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Manage client expectations and resolve project-related issues promptly.
- Ensure proper documentation, testing, completion certificates, snag closure, and final project handover.
- Support commercial teams in identifying and managing change orders, claims, and additional work.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in PEB / structural steel / industrial building projects.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end PEB projects.
- Solid understanding of PEB structures, fabrication, erection, structural drawings, and site execution.
- Good knowledge of project planning, scheduling, costing, quality, and safety management.
- Experience handling clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, MS Excel, AutoCAD, and other project management tools is preferred.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
