Job Title: Billing & Operations Executive

We are looking for a responsible and computer-savvy person to manage billing, order taking, delivery coordination, logistics, and day-to-day operational work at our bakery and food products factory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Computerized billing and invoice preparation
- Order taking and order processing
- Delivery release and coordination
- Managing logistics and dispatch-related operations
- Maintaining Excel records and data entry
- Basic accounts and payment-related work
- Coordinating with delivery staff and sales/outlet teams
- Handling billing software and other computer-based tasks
- Maintaining proper records of billing, orders and deliveries

Requirements:

- Experience in billing, logistics, operations or accounts preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and computers
- Knowledge of billing/inventory software
- Knowledge or experience in bakery/food products preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills




- Ability to handle multiple operational responsibilities

Pay: ₹10,022.57 - ₹14,000.00 per month
