Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organise, and analyse HR data related to recruitment, career counselling, attrition, performance, and employee engagement
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for internal management and client presentations
- Support workforce planning through data analysis and manpower forecasting
- Identify trends, gaps, and inefficiencies in HR processes and recommend improvements




- Ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and compliance with company policies
- Coordinate and support internal and external HR audits, ensuring documentation, data accuracy, compliance, audit reporting, and developing PIP

Skills Required

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI
- Good understanding of HR processes and recruitment lifecycle
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
