Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Coaching: Train, mentor, and guide sales representatives on best practices for prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.
- Performance Management: Monitor daily metrics, evaluate individual performance, and conduct regular feedback or review sessions.
- Strategy Execution: Implement sales plans aligned with company goals and regional targets.
- Pipeline & Reporting: Track sales pipelines, analyze trends, and report weekly progress to senior management.
- Customer Relations: Handle escalated customer complaints and assist with closing key accounts
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
